Delivery information

Orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched same day Monday – Friday. Weekend orders will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Costs within the UK

All standard orders will be free and sent using ‘Recorded Delivery’.

Next day orders will be charged at £5 and will be sent ‘Special Delivery’.

Costs within Europe

Orders will be sent free of charge using ‘International Signed For’.

International Costs 

Orders will be sent free of charge using ‘International Signed For’.

Returns 

For personal hygiene reasons, Items purchased from Vital Cosmetics can only be returned or exchanged if they are unopened and all packaging and seals are still intact and in a re-saleable condition. 

We will not be able to refund any products that have been used or opened.

If you wish to return or exchange any of the products please email us at sales@prioricosmetics.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the goods. 

Please not that we are unable to refund the shipping cost paid by you when placing the order, we are also not able to refund any addition shipping costs due to the return or exchange of the goods purchased.

All purchased Items must be returned within 21 days of despatch.

If you wish to return any of the items that you have purchased then please complete the returns section on the invoice and return to the below address. If you no longer have your invoice, please include an explanatory note quoting your order number.
